Inter Schools Cross Country 2011

Friday 23rd September 2011

Once again this event was hosted by Kenmare Athletic Club and was open to school children throughout the greater Kenmare area. Children competed in their class, against classes from other schools – and competition was fierce. We added perpetual trophies for Junior and Senior infants this year. See our photo gallery for pics of runners and winners on the day. Many thanks to all the parents and family who came out to support us on the day and all the marshals. Big thanks to Paul Dennison who managed to get the new PA system up and working in the nick of time and Conor Daly for using it so expertly!
